Our standard Shipping time is despatch within 7 working days of order being placed. Please allow 14 days for delivery of your goods before contacting regarding shipping. 

You shall receive a notification within 7 days that your item has been shipped, tracking information will be automatically forwarded onto you via your email or phone number you enter during the checkout process.(Dependant on shipping service chosen)

Incorrect details/ shipping address errors which result in failure of delivery will result in the item being sent back to us. During this event, Shipping costs will have to be covered by the purchaser, prior to re delivery of the item to the correct address or a refund can be issued for the cost of the item minus shipping costs.
